Ops-Core’s hybrid suspension/liner design features an adjustable circumferential fitband with repositionable impact pads. The fitband allows the user to precisely adjust the liner shape and size for a customized fit and optimal comfort. Not only can the length, width, and overall shape be personalized by simply turning the knob dial, the helmet depth can also be set by adjusting the vertical position of the whole system. This provides a perfect and secure fit that is able to support the weight and moment forces of a helmet in demanding military operations.
The liner system is also compatible with a variety of communication headsets and hearing protection devices, including headband style COMMs. The headband slides under the fitband to rest in between the helmet’s two top impact pads eliminating pressure points and interference that is a common problem with traditional liner systems. The impact pads are also pre-molded to the shape of the head and are not affected by temperature, altitude or moisture.
