Production and Integration
The NFM® armor production is adapted for small to larger sized vehicles. Our qualified staff has long experience in working with advanced armor solutions and a variety of vehicles. This includes integration and advanced welding of ballistic steel as well as aluminum structures.

MATERIALS & TECHNOLOGY
Our key philosophy in armoring has been to maximize protection and minimize the weight penalty associated with traditional steel armoring. Lightweight materials provide high levels of ballistic protection and shock-resistance while increasing vehicle range, performance, reducing fuel consumption and maintenance costs.
In close co-operation with premium manufacturers of ceramics and fibers, and with vehicle manufacturers and clients, the NFM® armoring program is on the frontline in the development of both modular and fixed armoring of vehicles, vessels and installations.

ARMORING SOLUTIONS
The patented ”MOAS” armoring solution is based on a combination of ceramics and fiber composites in combination with ballistic steel to cover smaller areas around the doors and overlaps between modules. Armored panels are mounted on the exterior of vehicle cabs using welded fixation points. The system enables rapid (6-8 hours) up & down armoring in the field, increasing flexibility, transportability and life cycle costs of modern vehicle fleets. |

The patented ”MOCA” armoring solution offers protection for standard ISO containers. It is easy to install, with no need for power supply or special tools. It offers ballistic protection to early deployment forces from day one. A complete kit for a container can be stored on two Euro pallets.
