NFM Quality and environmental policy

The mission of NFM Production Sp. z o.o. is to design, develop, produce and sell innovative, specialist protective products of quality that fulfils the requirements and needs of our Customers from the military and police sectors. We care for the high quality of our products, while respecting the principles of environmental protection.
Quality and environmental management belongs to the priorities and key elements of sustainable development at NFM Production Sp. z o.o.
The quality and environmental safety of our products are guaranteed by the modern infrastructure, proven suppliers and contractors, qualified personnel and the compliance with contractual terms and conditions.
While guaranteeing the quality of our products, we undertake to keep the commercial confidentiality, whose breach might expose our Customers and the Company to losses. In this regard, we take special precautions, to make sure that information about our Customers and projects implemented by our Company has been agreed with the Customers or senior management.
Moreover, our Company identifies thoroughly the impact of our operations on the natural environment in all potential areas, by referring to applicable legal regulations in the operations of our Company. We spare no efforts in minimising the present and future negative impact on the environment.
Considering the technical and scientific progress as well as the expectations and requirements of our Customers
special attention will be paid to:
raising and improving continually the quality and safety of our products for the natural environment and the efficiency of the integrated quality and environmental management system in compliance with PN-EN ISO 9001:2009 and PN-EN ISO 14001:2005,  serving our Customers with proper respect and sensitivity to the security of data, shortening the time of fulfilling orders and reducing the number of complaints, applying all securities that may prevent any extraordinary hazards to the natural environment, reducing the consumption of energy and water for industrial purposes and minimising the emission of pollution to air, fulfilling all valid legal regulations within the environment, following and assessing the impact of transport and repair services on the environment, and cooperating with suppliers and contractors who apply the rules of the environmental management system.
Owing to our sense of responsibility for our products, we will:
continually educate, train and motivate our personnel to make them fulfil their duties and work in a manner that is conscious of and responsible for the products and the environment, raise and develop the quality awareness, including with regard to the safety of information and ecology in the whole Company, monitor the fulfilment of expectations and requirements of our Customers and carry out the careful selection and assessment of our suppliers and contractors, supervise and monitor the identified processes, use collected information concerning our products to carry out the non-stop modifications and improvements and to raise their quality in compliance with data safety and environmental protection criteria, provide all the stakeholders with information concerning environmental campaigns, and engage in open dialogue with personnel and the society on any concerns over the potential threats resulting from our business.

STRATEGIC PRODUCT TURNOVER CONTROL POLICY
To meet the domestic and international legal requirements concerning the turnover of strategic goods, NFM Production Sp. z o.o. applies and keeps improving its Internal Control System according to the criteria of the PN-N-19001:2006 standard.
The fulfilment of all requirements concerning the turnover of strategic goods is the basis that enables the operation of the Company and its continuous development.
NFM Production Sp. z o.o. supplies products and renders services in the export of goods of strategic importance only to proven and reliable Customers. The Company does not sell any products or services in violation of Polish or international laws, including EU regulations.
The staff of NFM Production Sp. z o.o. make all efforts in preventing any transactions with Customers involved in the distribution of any weapons of mass destruction.
The Company gives up any potential profits if their generation might violate the provisions of this declaration.
All personnel know and understand the Strategic Product Turnover Control Policy and the requirements concerning the Internal Control System.
If any staff fail to meet the by-laws concerning the turnover of strategic goods, they are subject to disciplinary procedures according to labour law and other applicable regulations.
NFM Production Sp. z o.o. employs the Turnover Control Officer, with clearly defined authorities and responsibilities within the coordination and handling of measures of internal turnover control.
NFM Production Sp. z o.o. sells products included in the lists of goods and technologies of strategic importance. In such cases, our Company is obliged to obtain a permit for the turnover. The job of the Turnover Control Officer is to explain the requirements of the Turnover Control System to the personnel with regard to any transactions, including any technical exchanges and commercial negotiations.
The correct operation of the Internal Control System makes it possible to avoid any transactions and practices that violate applicable regulations. The Turnover Control Officer is to be informed of any doubts concerning transactions, to take necessary steps according to the procedures given in the rules of law. If any turnover control rules are violated, the personnel are obliged to inform the Turnover Control Officer to this effect.
If any non-compliance is found with the requirements of the Internal Control System, the Turnover Control Officer and the Management Board undertake to take effective measures that will eliminate the confirmed sources of errors according to the provisions of the system documentation.
