Strategic Product Turnover Control Policy

To meet the domestic and international legal requirements concerning the turnover of strategic goods, NFM Production Sp. z o.o. applies and keeps improving its Internal Control System according to the criteria of the PN-N-19001:2006 standard.

The fulfilment of all requirements concerning the turnover of strategic goods is the basis that enables the operation of the Company and its continuous development.

NFM Production Sp. z o.o. supplies products and renders services in the export of goods of strategic importance only to proven and reliable customers. The Company does not sell any products or services in violation of Polish or international laws, including EU regulations.

The staff of NFM Production Sp. z o.o. make all efforts to avoid any transactions with customers involved in the distribution of any weapons of mass destruction.

The Company gives up any potential profits if their generation might violate the provisions of this declaration.

All personnel know and understand the Strategic Product Turnover Control Policy and the requirements concerning the Internal Control System.

If any staff fail to meet the by-laws concerning the turnover of strategic goods, they are subject to disciplinary procedures according to labour law and other applicable regulations.

NFM Production Sp. z o.o. employs the Turnover Control Officer, with clearly defined authorities and responsibilities within the coordination and handling of measures of internal turnover control.

NFM Production Sp. z o.o. sells products included in the lists of goods and technologies of strategic importance. In such cases, our Company is obliged to obtain a permit for the turnover. The job of the Turnover Control Officer is to explain the requirements of the Turnover Control System to the personnel with regard to any transactions, including any technical exchanges and commercial negotiations.

The correct operation of the Internal Control System makes it possible to avoid any transactions and practices that violate applicable regulations. The Turnover Control Officer is to be informed of any doubts concerning transactions, to take necessary steps according to the procedures given in the rules of law. If any turnover control rules are violated, the personnel are obliged to inform the Turnover Control Officer to this effect.

If any non-compliance is found with the requirements of the Internal Control System, the Turnover Control Officer and the Management Board undertake to take effective measures that will eliminate the confirmed sources of errors according to the provisions of the system documentation.
